Meet Our Speaker: 

Michelle Aronson is a recovering Chief People Officer, certified executive coach, and culture strategist. As founder of Culture + Strategy Lab, she helps high-growth teams build measurable people strategies that drive business results. With expertise in strategy, HR, and leadership, she has supported culture development across cleantech, health/pharma, and other growing companies.

Michelle has designed culture and leadership curriculum for the Polsky Center Accelerator, mentored with Alchemist Chicago Accelerator, teaches graduate courses, and hosts the True Stories at Work podcast. Her work helps leaders connect culture to strategy in practical, human, and measurable ways.
