Directions

As a result of recent legislation passed under the SECURE Act, plan sponsors now have the ability to participate in a Pooled Employer Plan (PEP) structure.  The intent of Pooled Employer Plans is to help organizations, especially small and midsize employers, offer low-cost retirement plans to their workers with fewer administrative burdens than stand-alone defined contribution plans.

Please join our upcoming webinar, where we will provide an overview of:

  • ·       Pooled Employer Structures
  • ·        Plan Sponsor Responsibilities
  • ·        Provider Responsibilities
  • ·        Outsourcing capabilities
  • ·        Benefits to Plan Sponsors

In addition to reviewing Pooled Employer Plan Structures, we will also discuss the impacts of additional SECURE Act 2.0 provisions including the enhanced catch-up contribution and the Roth catch-up provision.
